- 1Tap the menu button at the left of the address bar, then tap Share .On older iPhones, just tap the Share button in the bar at the bottom. On an iPad it's at the top.
- 2Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen .Don't see it? Tap View More at the bottom of the list.
- 3Leave Open as Web App switched on if you see it, then tap Add. The IM Portal icon appears on your home screen.
On an Android phone
- 1Tap the menu ⋮ at the top right of Chrome.
- 2Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
- 3Tap Add. The IM Portal icon appears on your home screen.
